Toilets
Wall hung toilets are very popular as they seem to float above the floor whilst having all the practicality of being easy to clean with fewer nooks and crannies for germs to harbour. Also go for the soft close seat for no more banging lids. For those with disabilities, wall hung toilets can be set higher and some floor mounted toilets are now made with higher pans meaning that you can have both style and function.
Sinks
Inset sinks and semi recessed sinks, are great options as they provide storage in the cupboard below. We make all of the furniture in a bathroom so that we can use every nook and cranny of space whilst offering a wide array of colours.
Showers
Showers can have sliding doors, pivot doors or a walk in to make the most of your space. Quadrant showers are great for those looking for a wow factor or for those with tight spaces as they provide circulation space around the bathroom whilst still feeling spacious and luxurious inside. Showers are a great use of alcoves, if you don’t have one, why not build one and use the rest as a storage cupboard?
Rain shower fitted heads give a luxurious feeling but always have a wall mounted hand shower for those days you don’t want wet hair or for easy cleaning of the enclosure. Using wall mounted shower valves means that they can be placed within convenient reach so no more cold water shock in the morning.
Baths
Free standing baths are beautiful options for those with a little more space and come in modern or classic designs. Standard fitted baths can also be made a feature with tiled sides or added whirlpool settings. If space is tight, why not go for a shower bath? The P shaped baths give the best of both worlds with plenty of shower space but also a place to soak and reflect.
Taps
Match your tap style around the bathroom for a uniformed look. They have one of the largest impacts on style and feel to a bathroom and are the most fun to choose.
Mirrors
Mirrors can now come all singing, all dancing with options to have ones that wirelessly links to your phone to play music whilst you get ready or with integrated shaving sockets. Demister pads keep the condensation away so that you can still shave after your shower. Why not use them to hide alcoves as slim-line storage solutions?
Flooring
Karndean is a great flooring material. It is durable, easy clean, natural looking but warm to those toes as they step out of the shower. Karndean is a type of vinyl flooring that looks and feels like real stone or wooden floors but with the benefits of being easy to care for and warm to the touch. It is supplied in tile format for easy and precise fitting and can be customised with your choice of grouting colour or with a feature strip around the room.
