Our Somerset based clients brief was to create a kitchen, dining, living room to complement their Black AGA and dark tiled floor. Our Classic Stockland design features solid oak cock beaded frame, solid oak doors with a feature bead, both made from 30mm thick European Oak. With carcases in Far Eastern Birch faced ply, and solid oak dovetailed drawer boxes, this classic kitchen is guaranteed to give many years of reliable & beautiful service.
An ‘L’ shaped island designed to fit around the kitchen sofa incorporates a number of essential elements, small kitchen fridge, book shelves, drawers, trays, shelves adjacent to sofa, flat sheet storage and of course plenty of convenient granite worksurface. An important and unusual element of our design was our clients requirement that there should be an uninterrupted view from the garden at the front of the house through to the rear of the house via the utility room.
